Yes. We enter your current people, project lists and historical data for you as part of setup, so you are not starting from a blank screen.
How is utilisation calculated?
Planned or logged hours divided by available hours, after leave and public holidays.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based. Leaders see the whole firm, managers see their teams, and staff see their own work.
What does the setup fee include?
Discovery, entering your historical data for you, configuration of teams and permissions, and training for your managers and staff.
What happens if our team grows?
You move to the next plan when you pass its people limit. Your data and setup carry over, so there is nothing to rebuild.
What is the difference between subscribing and a source-code licence?
With a subscription we host, update and support the platform. A source-code licence lets you run and customise it yourself, for internal use.
